ABOUT THE FIRM:

Our Philosophy

        When we first went into practice, we wanted our firm to be different from all the others. So we began by asking  people  what we could do to better meet their legal needs. We literally spent months listening to clients, friends, other lawyers, and Judges.  We reviewed magazine articles, visited legal chat rooms and investigated other sources of information.

        The single largest complaint  that we heard over and over was that people  were tired of feeling that their lawyers really didn't care about them or their needs. They told us that their lawyers were never available to take their calls, answer their questions or explain to them what was happening. They said that most of the lawyers that they had come  in contact with, just didn't listen to their concerns. They made it perfectly clear  that what they wanted most from their lawyers was personal attention and service.  

        Almost everyone said that once the initial interview was over they never heard from their lawyers, except for when their bill arrived.   Once we felt that we had a pretty good handle on the problem, we went to work on the solution with the same attention to detail that we put into our case preparation. 

        At the Law Offices of Anthony J. Robinson, we  are committed to addressing these concerns. In an effort to meet those needs  we have adopted the following philosophy for our firm: 

• We will provide the level of service others only talk about. 

• We will always tell you the absolute truth, even if you would rather not know it. 

• We will always treat you as a valuable member of our  legal team. 

• We will promptly return your calls, answer your questions and keep you informed at each stage of the proceedings involving your case.

• We will listen to the needs of each and every one of our clients and tailor our representation of each client to specifically meet their individual needs.

• We will zealously represent our clients needs without compromising our ethical  standards  and responsibilities.   

• We will always be careful to only associate with and utilize the services of those persons or firms that share our view of integrity, quality and dedication  to our clients. 

• We will always be committed to providing equal access to the Courts for everyone seeking justice. 

• We will support our local Courts volunteer programs to provide service to the community in whatever capacity is most helpful.

• We will always associate ourselves in local community outreach organizations and support local schools, women's organizations, parents rights organizations, grandparents rights  organizations and children's rights advocates. 

• We will bill fairly, promptly and will always be available to discuss your statement at any time.

        By publicly promulgating, adopting and living by these philosophical goals, we feel that we are demonstrating a willingness to stand out from the rest and give our clients the assurance that their needs come first.
